My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the belief that every adult has an inner capacity for healing and change when they feel safe and supported. I walk alongside you as you move through what’s been holding you back—so that you can move into your radiance.
I incorporate what I learned in business and offer career coaching, communication skills, and navigating your career path, as well as working with depression, anxiety, grief, and loss, including divorce, retirement, chronic pain, etc.
